Do not take this product back to your dealer or distributor for Warranty.

Out limited warranty is only effective upon presentation of this warranty card and proof of purchase (bill of sale from Mernickle Custom Holsters or authorized dealer).
A product delivered to you in its original condition is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 90 days from the original purchase date.
Any product upon inspection sent to Mernickle Custom Holsters will be repaired or exchanged upon the discretion of Mernickle Custom Holsters.
When returning a product for warranty service, the shipping charges must be pre-paid and the product should be shipped in its original container when applicable.
A copy of the warranty card and proof of purchase should be included as well as a description of the problem. Due to the type of material used 100% color match is not a warrantable item. (Dye lots can differ as well as the leather used and is something beyond the control of the maker).
A warranty only covers defects in material or workmanship and does not cover general wear factor. Warranty also does not apply to users doing demonstrations on a regular basis, such as professional trainers, showmen, etc.
The warranty does not include the loss of or damage to abuse, mishandling or modifications.
After warrant period is up Mernickle Holsters will repair or replace a product at the expense of the customer and only at the discretion of Mernickle Holsters.
