Riflescope Limited Lifetime Warranty

Warranty conditions applicable to riflescopes sold with a published “limited lifetime warranty” offer.

Nikko Stirling guarantees products sold under the name of Nikko Stirling by approved distributors are free of defects in workmanship and materials for your lifetime.

This Warranty is NOT transferable and is limited to the original purchaser. Any claimant for warranty must provide a copy of their original bill of sale or invoice at the time of making the claim.

Nikko Stirling or their approved distributor will replace or repair this riflescope without cost to the purchaser, providing our inspection indicates that an original fault exists. Replacement or repair is a decision reserved by Nikko Stirling or their distributor. Replacement may not be made with a new product, but may be made with a similar condition riflescope that is then also covered under this warranty in the future.

Warranty does not include faults that result from any abuse, unauthorised repair or modification. Nikko Stirling riflescopes are designed to withstand normal firearm recoil. No warranty is implied where the riflescope has been dropped or otherwise impacted during use. Nikko Stirling is not liable for any consequential damages or commercial loss under this warranty.

For warranty or other repairs, please contact your retailer who can advise address details of the approved distributor in your country. Please include US$10.00 or equivalent to cover the return shipping and handling of your riflescope.
